Duties & Responsibilities of the role will include:

– Ensuring compliance with regulations regarding the movement and use of chemicals over different sites (Regulation, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals [REACH], Classification, labeling and packaging, [CLP])
- Generation of compliance documentation and evidence for regulatory inspection or customer enquiries (REACH, MSDS, Certificates of Compliance)
- Generation of documentation in accordance with cosmetic regulations – Ingredient (INCI) lists, allergens declarations and IFRA certificates
- Ensuring compliance of formulated materials in line with relevant regulations – Cosmetic directive/regulations, Uk Cosmetic safety regulations
- Provide feedback and advice to management on current systems and changes to ensure compliance
- Monitoring and setting timelines for implementation of regulation changes on business practices
- Assist in the provision of technical information for customer queries

In return you will receive a salary of £25k – £30k depending on skills and experience plus company benefits.
